Each cells used to make the wireless phone battery cells are all rated at 1.25v, which means that in a battery with 3 cells, the total voltage should be 3.7v, this is achieved by multiplying 1.25v to the number of cells used for the battery, which is three-cells.
Every battery has a temperature control sheets (like a thermostate) that prevents the battery from overheating and poly-sheets that monitors the charge flow from the battery to the cellphone, both of these components are required in-order to prevent any accidents to the cellphone.

I would highly recommend this to anyone that could use it. This was an OEM Panasonic replacement, matches colorwise and works great. If you are having trouble finding this battery locally and can use the upgrade to the thicker/stronger 1400 mah unit than this is a great deal. I looked at many others, all were more expensive.
